Property Manager (Housing Specialist-Project Based)

The Scott County Community Development Agency (SC-CDA) in Shakopee, MN, is currently seeking new team member!

A part-time (24-hours per week) benefit eligible Property Manager (Housing Specialist-Project Based).  Responsibilities include building and maintaining productive resident relationships with residents living in CDA-owned and managed properties. Regular travel required to properties located in Belle Plaine and Jordan. The position will monitor and enforce lease and program requirements, complete interim and annual rental assistance reviews and updates, ensure accurate and timely reporting of rental and household data, triage resident complaints and issues and lead resident meetings. Hiring salary range for this position:   $27.89-$33.80/hour.

The CDA offers 24 days of PTO per year to start, 13 holidays, generous contributions to the retirement plan, professional development opportunities, and competitive health/dental insurance plans. Part-time employees receive benefits on a pro-rated basis.
