IT Service Desk Analyst

IT Service Desk Analyst Applications are now being accepted for the position of IT Service Desk Analyst in the IT Department. This is anon-exempt position with a starting wage of: $22.80 - $26.30 per hour/DOQ.ACHD offers an excellent benefit package with medical, vision and dental insurance, paid maternity/paternityleave, daycare assistance, 401K match, paid vacation and holidays and membership in the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI).Primary Responsibilities: The primary duties of this position are to support and maintain desktop computers, laptopcomputers, mobile devices, and peripheral devices to include contract printing equipment. Thisincludes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and documenting all hardwareand software. This position also supports the multiple conference room audio/visual technologies. This position also assists in the administration of physical security systems, network servers andinfrastructure, and the desktop phone system. Responds to user questions and problems through the Service Desk process, and trains personnelin the use of equipment and software.Qualifications: The successful candidate must have considerable knowledge of personal computers, software,networks, and troubleshooting techniques. Must have demonstrated ability to connect andconfigure computers and peripherals in a network environment. Requires knowledge andexperience with Active Directory, group policies, and administration of a variety of softwareincluding Windows 10/11, M365, Adobe, and Autodesk products. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and toestablish and maintain effective working relationships with users. A degree in computer Information Science or a related field is preferred, OR any combination ofeducation, experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities isacceptable.A completed ACHD Employment Application is required and must be submitted to Human Resourcesby 4: 30pm on October 28, 2024.
