A high-end residential design and construction firm based in Silver Spring, is seeking an experienced **Carpenter Foreman** to join our team. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-house renovation projects throughout the DC Metro area.

**Key Responsibilities: ** - Lead and manage high-end residential construction projects from start to finish - Oversee a team of carpenters, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines - Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project completion - Maintain a safe and organized job site - Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations

**Qualifications: ** - Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in high-end residential projects - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team - Expertise in kitchens, baths, and whole-house renovations - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Compensation: ** - $45/hour - Full benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation, and retirement plan - Year-round work, providing job stability
