High Rise Restoration Tech

STRUCTURAL is looking to hire Experienced High Rise Restoration Tech to work in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia). Our office is located in Elkridge, MD.

• Construction duties include:
  
  
  
  • -Concrete repair
  • -Concrete demolition
  • -Concrete placement and finishing
  • -Formwork / carpentry
  • -Rebar replacement
  • -Caulking
  • -Expansion joints
  • -Coating application
  • -Carbon Fiber installation
  • -Through wall brick flashing
  • -Brick tuck pointing
  
  
  
  

• Individuals must have 5+ years of experience with concrete, masonry, or carpentry.
• Employees must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites. Site locations can be anywhere in the DMV area, but most are in the surrounding DC areas.
• Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus.
• Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.

*Hourly rate is determined by level of experience and how it relates to our business.*
