Operations Advisor

Valiant is seeking Operations Advisors to support our customer's challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Successful Operational Advisor candidates will have prior experience with the full HUMINT cycle and be able to provide guidance and operational support and leverage their own operational experience to provide context and perspective to current operational challenges and opportunities. Potential candidates will also bring experience in a region or functional specialty and help mentor less experienced officers in these specialized fields.

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience (candidates will be evaluated for placement at all experience levels)
• Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools
• Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
• Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph at the time of application

DESIRED:

• Customer operations certification
• Overseas experience of at least two overseas tours or from extensive overseas TDY experience
• Served as Chief or Referent for a specialized ops position
• Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
• Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field office
